This week-long feast will highlight different Indian dishes from salad, to mains and up to desserts prepared and led by The Cafe's guest Chef Ajith Kumar from Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, New Delhi along with the other talented chefs of The Cafe.

Indian cuisine is one of the most diverse and unique blend of cuisines with its sophistication and delicate use of different spices. And for all of the Indian food freaks, you may savour the rich flavors of the aromatic spices and convoluted tastes of Indian favorites.

From the impressive spread of Indian Food Festival, you will love the assorted Vegetable Fritters, Aloo Tikka which is one of my personal fave since I love potatoes. For me, it is like a fried mashed potatoes which I love every single bite. The Dal Vadai is a fried patty made from lentils with crisp texture. Vegetable Samosa is a vegetarian dish and a version of our Empanadas.

For the mains, you will see the traditional long-grained rice mixtures with different spices, vegetables and meats. You can either choose from Chicken Biryani or Vegetable Biryani. Both are perfect to any Indian dish - yes, that's how I love rice (wink).

I am grateful that Chef Ajith made it possible for us to try the authentic Indian dishes that were truly at par with other Indian restaurants.

Indian desserts are genuinely amazing. I had a clamant love affair that afternoon with Chocolate Truffle with curry. It melts my heart. Seriously.

They also have the traditional Indian sweets like Gulab Jamun, Rice Kheer Barfi, Carrot Halwa and Payasam that were equally satisfying and very rich in flavor.

Along with the Indian Festival at The Cafe is their regular but equally fresh and tasteful dishes from their Italian counter, Grill and Griddle, Asian, Deli, Comfort Food and Favorites, and their Pastry section.

I personally love their toothsome desserts such as the Creme Brulee, Milkshakes and the cupcakes from Make-Your-Own Cupcake Station. Really impressive buffet spreads.
